Access: Settings → Billing (Admins only)
Available Plans
Starter (Free):
- Up to 100 articles
- 1 user
- Basic support
- Community forum
Professional:
- Up to 5,000 articles
- 5 users
- Email support
- CSV import/export
- Shop integration
Business:
- Unlimited articles
- Unlimited users
- Priority support
- All integrations
- White-label option
Change Plan
How to change your plan:
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click "Change Plan"
- 3Select the desired plan
- 4Confirm payment information
- 5Click "Upgrade"
Payment Methods
Accepted payment types:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- SEPA Direct Debit
- PayPal (on request)
Change payment method:
1.Click "Payment Method"
2.Add a new method
3.Set it as default
Invoices
Invoice overview:
- Monthly invoices
- Download as PDF
- Automatic sending via email
Billing address:
- Can be different from company profile
- Change applies to future invoices
Cancellation
Cancel plan:
- Downgrade to Starter possible
- Data is preserved (up to limit)
- Cancel 30 days before renewal
Delete account:
- All data is deleted
- Not recoverable
- Confirmation required
