Related Products

Create product relationships for cross-selling and accessories.

Overview

With related products you can define relationships between articles:

  • Similar Products: Alternative products
  • Accessories: Complementary products
  • Cross-Selling: Recommendations for additional purchases
  • Up-Selling: Higher-value alternatives

Create Relationship

How to create a product relationship:

    Open the article
  2. 2
    Switch to the "Related Products" tab
  3. 3
    Click "Link Product"
  4. 4
    Search for the desired product
  5. 5
    Select the relationship type
  6. 6
    Click "Add"

Relationship Types

Similar

Products with similar properties, e.g., same category but different variant.

Accessories

Complementary products that can be purchased together.

Cross-Selling

Recommendations for additional purchases during checkout.

Up-Selling

Higher-value or better alternatives to the current product.

Manage Relationships

Remove relationship:

  • Click the X icon next to the linked product

Change order:

  • Drag and drop products to the desired order

Bidirectional linking:

  • Optionally create relationships in both directions
