Bulk Operations

Bulk operations enable efficient changes to multiple articles:

• Multi-select in article list
• Common field changes
• Category assignment for multiple articles
• Bulk deletion
• Status changes

Single selection:

• Click the checkbox in front of the article

Multi-selection:

• Shift + Click for range selection
• Ctrl + Click to add individual items

Select all:

• Checkbox in header row
• Or Ctrl + A

The number of selected articles is displayed.

How to edit multiple articles:

   Select the desired articles

   Click "Edit" in the action bar

   Select the field to change

   Enter the new value
5. 5
   Click "Apply"

Assign category:

• Assign all selected articles to a category

Change status:

• Set active/inactive

Delete:

• Delete selected articles (with confirmation)

Export:

• Export only selected articles

Duplicate:

• Copy selected articles
