Completeness
Monitor and improve the completeness of your product data.
Overview
The completeness score shows how well your product data is filled out:
- Percentage score per article
- Overview of all articles
- Recommendations for improvement
- Trend analysis
Access: Data Quality in the sidebar
Calculation
The score is calculated based on required and optional fields:
Required fields (higher weight):
- SKU
- Name
- At least one category
- At least one image
Recommended fields:
- Description
- Short description
- Price
- EAN
Optional fields:
- Dimensions and weight
- Manufacturer
- Additional attributes
Score Levels
100% - Complete:
All required and recommended fields filled.
75-99% - Good:
Required fields complete, some optional missing.
50-74% - Needs Improvement:
Important fields still missing.
< 50% - Incomplete:
Basic information missing.
Completeness Dashboard
The dashboard shows:
Overview:
- Average score of all articles
- Distribution by score ranges
- Trend over last 30 days
Article list:
- Sorted by completeness
- Filter for incomplete articles
- Direct links to editing
Improve Completeness
How to improve data quality:

- 3Click on an article
- 4Missing fields are highlighted
- 5Fill in the missing information
- 6Save the article
Bulk Improvement
For many incomplete articles:
- Use CSV export
- Complete data in Excel
- Import the updated data
Or use spreadsheet mode for quick inline editing.
