Image Management
Upload and manage product images.
Overview
Images are crucial for product presentation:
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Automatic optimization and scaling
- Primary image and gallery
- Variant-specific images
Upload Images
How to upload images:
- 1Open the article for editing
- 2Scroll to the "Images" section
- 3Click "Add Images" or drag & drop files
- 4Wait for upload to complete
- 5The first image automatically becomes the primary image
Set Primary Image
The primary image is displayed in lists and overviews:
- Drag an image to the first position
- Or click the star icon
- The primary image has a special border
Image Gallery
Change order:
- Drag and drop to sort images
Delete image:
- Click the trash icon
Enlarge image:
- Click the image for full view
Variant Images
Images can be assigned to variants:
1.Upload the image
2.Click "Assign Variant"
3.Select the corresponding variant
When displaying variants, assigned images are shown preferentially.
Bulk Upload
For large quantities of images, use bulk import:
- Navigate to "Import" → "Bulk Image Import"
- Upload a ZIP file with images
- Filenames are automatically matched to articles
- Supports: SKU_001.jpg, SKU-variant.png, etc.
