Spreadsheet Mode
Efficient bulk editing in table format.
Overview
Spreadsheet mode allows editing multiple articles simultaneously in an Excel-like interface:
- Inline cell editing
- Fast keyboard navigation
- Multi-select and bulk changes
- Show/hide columns
- Auto-save
Activate Spreadsheet Mode
How to switch to spreadsheet mode:
- 1Go to the article list
- 2Click the table icon in the toolbar
- 3Or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + E
Edit Cells
Edit single cell:
- Double-click on the cell
- Or press Enter after selection
Complete editing:
- Enter: Save and move to next row
- Tab: Save and move to next column
- Esc: Cancel
Multiple cells:
- Select range with mouse or Shift + Arrow keys
- Enter the same value for all selected cells
Manage Columns
Show/hide columns:
1.Click the columns icon
2.Enable/disable desired columns
3.Your selection is saved
Adjust column width:
- Drag the column border
- Double-click to auto-fit
Sort columns:
- Click the column header
- Click again to reverse sort order
Keyboard Navigation
Navigation:
- Arrow keys: Move between cells
- Tab: Next column
- Shift + Tab: Previous column
- Enter: Next row
- Home/End: Start/end of row
- Ctrl + Home/End: Start/end of table
Selection:
- Shift + Arrow: Select range
- Ctrl + A: Select all
- Ctrl + Click: Add individual cells to selection
Auto-Save
Changes are automatically saved:
- When leaving a cell
- When navigating to another cell
- When leaving spreadsheet mode
An indicator shows the save status.
