Channels - Overview

Channels enable synchronization with e-commerce platforms:

• Shopify
• WooCommerce
• More integrations planned

Features:

• Synchronize product data
• Transfer images
• Match categories
• Inventory updates

Push (SlimPIM → Shop):

• Product data is transferred to the shop
• New products are created
• Existing ones are updated

Pull (Shop → SlimPIM):

• Order data is retrieved
• Inventory changes synchronized
• New products can be imported

Full synchronization:

• All articles are transferred
• Longer duration

Incremental synchronization:

• Only changes since last sync
• Faster and resource-efficient

Manual synchronization:

• Select individual articles
• Immediate transfer

Define which SlimPIM fields map to which shop fields:

Automatic mapping:

• Name → Title
• Description → Description
• Retail Price → Price

Custom mapping:

• Configurable per channel
• Supports transformations
• Conditional assignments possible

Status indicators:

• Connected (green): Active connection
• Synchronized: Last successful sync
• Warning (yellow): Partial errors
• Error (red): Connection problem
