Shopify Integration

Connect your Shopify store with SlimPIM.

Overview

Shopify integration enables:

  • Bidirectional product synchronization
  • Automatic image transfer
  • Categories as Collections
  • Variant synchronization
  • Inventory reconciliation

Requirements

Shopify requirements:

  • Shopify Basic Plan or higher
  • Admin access to shop
  • API access enabled

SlimPIM requirements:

  • Professional or Business Plan
  • Admin rights

Connect

How to connect Shopify:

    Go to Channels → Shopify
  2. 2
    Click "Connect with Shopify"
  3. 3
    Enter your shop URL (e.g., myshop.myshopify.com)
  4. 4
    You will be redirected to Shopify
  5. 5
    Confirm app permissions
  6. 6
    You will be redirected back to SlimPIM

Permissions

SlimPIM requires the following Shopify permissions:

  • Products: Read and Write
  • Product Images: Read and Write
  • Inventory: Read and Write
  • Collections: Read and Write

No access to:

  • Orders
  • Customers
  • Payment data

Synchronization

First synchronization:

1.Choose sync direction
2.Select articles/categories
3.Review mapping
4.Start synchronization

Automatic sync:

  • Every 15 minutes (configurable)
  • Only when changes occur

Manual sync:

  • Individual articles via button
  • Bulk actions for multiple articles

Field Mapping

Default mapping:
