Quick Order
Create orders quickly via barcode scan or SKU.
Overview
Quick order is ideal for:
- POS scenarios (Point of Sale)
- Fast picking
- Inventory capture
- Stock reconciliation
Supports barcode scanners and manual entry.
Open Quick Order
Via navigation:
- Click "Quick Order" in the sidebar
Keyboard shortcut:
- Ctrl/Cmd + Q opens quick order
Quick order opens in fullscreen mode.
Scan Barcode
With scanner:
1.Focus the input field
2.Scan the barcode
3.Article is automatically added
With camera:
1.Click the camera icon
2.Hold the barcode in front of the camera
3.After recognition, the article is added
Supports: EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, Code 128
Manual Entry
Enter SKU:
1.Enter the SKU or EAN
2.Press Enter
3.Article is searched and added
Adjust quantity:
- Default: 1 piece
- Entry: "ABC123*5" for 5 pieces
- Or change quantity in cart
Cart
Cart view:
- Article name and image
- SKU
- Quantity (adjustable)
- Unit price and total
Actions:
- Quantity +/- buttons
- Remove article
- Clear cart
Export Order
Export options:
- Download as CSV
- Print as PDF
- Send via email
The export contains all articles with quantities and prices.
