CSV Export

Export product data to CSV files.

Overview

CSV export enables download of your product data:

  • Configurable column selection
  • Filters for partial exports
  • Multiple export formats
  • Automatic updates (optional)

Start Export

How to export your data:

  1. 1
    Go to the article list
  2. 2
    Click "Export" in the action bar
  3. 3
    Select export format (CSV)
  4. 4
    Select columns to export
  5. 5
    Click "Export"

Column Selection

Available columns:

  • Master data (SKU, Name, Description)
  • Prices (Retail, Cost, MSRP)
  • Categories
  • Images (URLs)
  • Variant attributes
  • Custom fields

Column order:

  • Sort via drag & drop
  • Save templates for recurring exports

Filtered Exports

Export all articles:

  • No filter set → all articles

Export filtered articles:

  • Set filter in article list
  • Then start export
  • Only filtered articles are exported

Selected articles:

  • Select articles (checkboxes)
  • Export starts only for selected articles

Export Options

Delimiter:

  • Comma (,) - Standard
  • Semicolon (;) - Excel compatible

Encoding:

  • UTF-8 - Standard
  • UTF-8 BOM - For older Excel versions

Images:

  • Export URLs
  • Or without images
